Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement empowering people to transform their communities and the world. Every year, on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, people around the world donate to their local non-profits and charitable organizations in order to help those in their communities. Why the Music Boosters? The boosters are a non-profit organization that gives moral, social, and supplementary financial support to the Bethel Park Music Department. Music is a universal language experienced across the world and throughout all of human existence. It enhances memory, develops imagination and creative thinking, promotes relaxation and healing, and builds self-confidence. As Plato said, “Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything”. If you feel so inclined, please donate the Bethel Park Music Boosters this year!
